sweatconnected was founded by former co-workers and longtime friends, Danielle and Wendy. When the pandemic first started and everyone was confined to their homes, Danielle quickly brought her classes online and saw how the need for fitness and community was more important than ever. Wendy soon joined in to teach and voilà – sweatconnected was born!

We know some of you like to plan ahead so we’ve opened up our bookings for two-weeks out.
Yes! You can cancel within the system up to 12 hours before the class.
You can cancel your class up to 12 hours prior to the start of the class.
All of our packages have different expiration dates that are listed here. We’ll always remind you before they expire! Our Welcome (2 for 1) pass and single RIDE or off bike passes expire one month after purchase. 5 packs expire three months after first use, and 10 packs expire 6 months after first use.
We’ll miss you but no worries! We’ll send you the class as soon as it’s done for you to take 48-hours post class.
Nope! This is your time and we want you to be at home with us so do whatever feels best.
Any bike will do! In fact, you don’t need a bike at all! You can run, row or dance to all of our RIDE classes!
Some need no equipment and others will need light to medium dumbbells/kettlebells, minibands/long resistance bands, barre ball/small pillow, and gliders.
Sunday Service is the 930am on Sunday with Danielle. It was the first class on the schedule, and a reminder of where we started. Same RIDE, extra dose of joy. All packages work for Sunday Service, but you also have the option to pay anything $10 and up. If you are out of work, email us and we’ll guest you in.
