With over ten years of experience in the fitness world, I started in boutique fitness on a spin bike. I now own and operate DDB Fitness, which offers personal training, and founded sweatconnected in response to COVID-19. Right after gyms closed in NYC, I took my classes online. As business grew, it became clear that it was possible to recreate the magic of group fitness online.
For me, fitness is much more than a workout. It is community. It is therapy. It is release. I believe in the power of fitness to be transformative and FUN. My goal is to spread joy with each pedal stroke (or burpee) and I can’t wait for you to be a part of the journey.
My greatest accomplishments are my two boys, Hudson & Arlo, to which I give half the credit to my incredible husband Robbie.

As a former dancer, movement and music has always been a driving force in my life. I found indoor cycling after the birth of my daughter and was immediately hooked. I was so drawn to the bike that I left my former career as a corporate event planner to get certified and begin teaching.
Prior to joining sweatconnected, I was Master Instructor with one of the nation’s largest and most successful indoor cycling studios. With over ten years of experience teaching group fitness, my goal is to bring a fun mix of energy, passion and intensity to each of my classes. I can’t wait to see you in class!

I am a Certified Personal Trainer based in Brooklyn, NY. I made my way to NYC for college and continued my career as a professional dancer. Fitness has always been my passion while I was dancing and I eventually found my way to group fitness. Pre COVID I could be found teaching barre, HIIT, cycling, and boxing. In addition to my NASM CPT, I am certified in Corrective exercise (NASM CES), Pre/postnatal training (PROnatal), Kettlebell training (Kettlebell athletics), and pilates mat (New York Pilates). I have many years of experience with at-home fitness and was a coach for the Flywheel At Home platform for 2 years.

Harnessing the energy of the music and the power of a slightly cray instructor, you will increase your fitness ability as you build muscular endurance and stamina. This 35-minute express format fuses the elements of barre, pilates, and metabolic training modalities to ensure a total body crush. Every class offers different bases to individually scale the intensity and tailor the movements to what your body craves that day. These intentional layers for advancement provide you with the ability to set your own workout course. Accessible for every fitness level, we all have a place to start. Where you go from there is up to you. Get ready to level up, to be seen, and to confidently own every BASE you rock.
While equipment is not necessary to rock this workout, adding these pieces elevates the game:
• Light to Medium Free Weights and/or Dumbbells
(BASE hack: Soup cans, bottles of vino, jug of laundry detergent, etc)

I am a New York City-based fitness professional, who will challenge you to show up as the best version of yourself everyday. Throughout my 10 year career in the fitness industry, I have taught multiple formats, including cycling, running, and bootcamp, both in-person and virtually. I have been a leading fitness instructor in Boston for the past 12 years. My passion for movement started at an early age growing up dancing, (all styles including Hawaiian!), playing sports, and studying martial arts. My teaching career started while attending College of the Holy Cross where I lead the dance ensemble as a tap choreographer and kickboxing instructor. I have always kept fitness and wellness a major part of my life. After a successful 10 years in Human Resources, I shifted my focus and career to fitness full time. Since 2013 I have taught and trained over 600 people a week in Boston as a Master Instructor at Flywheel Sports and founding trainer at Barry’s Boston, including celebrity clients. I have trained and mentored some of the top instructors from Boston to New York to DC and I am a legacy Nike Trainer, Lululemon ambassador, and currently signed Maggie Inc model representing top brands such as New Balance, Reebok, and Asics. When I am teaching virtually on and off-bike from my condo in the South End, you will most likely catch a glimpse of my labradoodle pup, Gino, doing something very mischievous!

My enthusiasm and true passion for a healthy lifestyle all started while growing up on the beaches of South Florida. Surfing was a way of life for me until my 18th birthday when I decided to head to New York to pursue an education in all things health and wellness. As much as I loved the change of pace in NYC I was missing the movement that was such a big part of my life. Indoor Cycling and myself found each other. As soon as I clipped in and the sweat poured, I was a consistent rider, taking advantage of all the amazing benefits each class had to offer. After a while, a light bulb went off for me that all of my goals were staring right at me on the teacher’s bike.

After 15 years of a career in theater and dance, I found my passion for indoor cycling. After my first class knew this was my next adventure! Following my passion for cycling I became a master instructor at one of the leading companies in fitness. I’ve taught coast to coast for the past 6 years.

I am a Pittsburgh native with a passion for music, movement, and bringing people together. I have taught barre, yoga, and indoor cycling for the past 8 years in Las Vegas, New Jersey and New York City. Additionally, I hold a BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State University. My career in theatre has taken me on both sides of the table, performing in shows such as “Jersey Boys” and “Mamma Mia”, and then traveling the world as a Casting Director identifying talent for cruise ships, theme parks, and corporate events. I currently live in Lancaster, PA with my husband Matthew, dog Sunny, and cat Makoto and am the Studio Manager of Orangetheory Fitness Lancaster. I like to wear animal print, eat buffalo chicken, and really shine in the category of 90’s lyrics.

I am a nutrition professor, researcher, fitness expert and a sucker for red wine. I am a pint-sized force on the Boston wellness scene and have been teaching a powerful indoor cycling class for over ten years. While my day job is training aspiring dietitians at Simmons University and researching how exercise and nutrition affect health, my passion is translating science in a fun and approachable way. I am a current Lululemon Ambassador, a prior Specialized Ambassador and have been featured in Time, Self Magazine, Popular Science, Forbes, and Eating Well.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I’ve lived and worked in New York City since 2012, after I graduated from Ohio State University with my degree in psychology. My initial reason for moving to NYC was to work in the fashion industry, and after a few gigs at magazines and fashion PR agencies, I knew it wasn’t the right fit for me. Luckily, I found my passion in the wellness industry, and after years of practicing yoga, I decided to finally go for it and become a teacher!
My greatest goal in teaching yoga is to empower my students to develop a healthy relationship with their bodies, to build a foundation that creates long term health and wellness, and to challenge them on the mat in ways that grow their confidence in all aspects of their lives! The way you do anything is the way you do everything, and our approach on our mats mirrors our approach in everything else we do. My classes are challenging, sweaty, and will ask you to dig deep to find your edge. With me, you will develop strength, resiliency, self-trust, and maybe even a sense of humor!
